Step into our 750 sq ft industrial-modern studio — a natural-light space built for photographers, filmmakers, and content creators. Located on the ground floor of an industrial complex in NE Madison Heights, with private parking and easy access.

The newly renovated studio features soft daylight from three custom-shaded windows (blackout + light-filtering), sealed concrete floors, acoustic slat-panel accents, and a private restroom with a dressing area.

A cozy lounge doubles as client seating and a set for podcasts, livestreams, or content creation. From portraits and fashion to product shoots and music videos, the space is made to flex with your creative flow.

ARRIVAL
The studio is self check-in. Approximately 1 hour prior to your rental, you'll receive an access code via text for the keypad located on the dark blue entrance door. If you have any issue entering, please reach out to Cindy at 248-895-5345.

DEPARTURE
Upon completing your rental time at the studio, kindly send us a text at 248-895-5345. This helps us prepare the space for the next rental session.

We appreciate your effort to return all furniture and equipment back to its original position, ensuring a seamless transition for the next creative client. Your cooperation is invaluable in maintaining the studio's welcoming and organized atmosphere.

• Studio rental fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

• Rescheduling must be requested 24 hours prior to your rental time and will be based on studio availability.

• Rescheduling the day of your session will not be allowed. You will still be charged for the full rental fee.

• No refunds on unused time.

• d14 Studio reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion. In the rare case that this happens, a full refund will be given.

The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although it is expected to leave the space in the same condition as it was found. Please respect the space and tidy up after your rental. Cleaning supplies are available in studio.

No tape, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used on the walls. Please note that any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file.

Security cameras and recording devices are located in studio, outside premises and parking lot. Please note: Private areas (restroom/changing room) are not visible to cameras.
