  • 1 Hour Rental — $75
    2 Hour Rental — $150
    3 Hour Rental — $200
    4 Hour Rental / Half Day — $250
    8 Hour Rental / Full Day — $450

  • Our 750 sq ft industrial-modern studio in NE Madison Heights offers natural light and private parking on the ground floor of an industrial complex.

    Newly renovated with three custom-shaded windows (blackout + light-filtering), sealed concrete floors, acoustic panels, and a private restroom with dressing area.

    A cozy lounge serves as client seating or a set for podcasts, livestreams, and content creation. Flexible for portraits, fashion, product shoots, and music videos.

  • The studio is NOT fully soundproof and therefore, although not typically disruptive, there may be machinery and/or vehicle sounds due to the adjacent industrial business. If you require sound control, please book after 4pm or on weekends.

  • Please arrive and leave promptly within your reserved rental time. Setup, breakdown, and cleanup must fit within that time. Overtime fees apply if you go over.

    ARRIVAL
    The studio is self check-in. About 1 hour before your rental, you’ll get an access code via text for the keypad on the dark blue entrance door. If you have trouble entering, contact Cindy at 248-895-5345.

    DEPARTURE
    At the end of your rental, please text us at 248-895-5345 so we can prepare for the next session.

    Please return all furniture and equipment to their original places to help keep the studio organized and welcoming for the next client. Thank you!

    • Studio rental fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

    • Rescheduling must be requested 24 hours prior to your rental time and will be based on studio availability.

    • Rescheduling the day of your session will not be allowed. You will still be charged for the full rental fee.

    • No refunds on unused time.

    • d14 Studio reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion. In the rare case that this happens, a full refund will be given.

    • Max. Occupancy: 12

    • No Smoking or Vaping of Any Kind

    • Please Respect All Adjacent Business Staff

    • No Animals Allowed without Prior Permission

    • No Glitter or Confetti

    • No Open Flame Allowed

    • Outside Food and Catering is Allowed

    • Beer, Wine, and Seltzers are Allowed

    • Return Equipment, Furniture and Props to Original Position

    • Report Any Damages Immediately

    • Dispose of Trash in Provided Bins

    • Park in Designated d14 Studio Spaces Only

  • The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although it is expected to leave the space in the same condition as it was found. Please respect the space and tidy up after your rental. Cleaning supplies are available in studio.

    No tape, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used on the walls. Please note that any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file.

  • Security cameras and recording devices are located in studio, outside premises and parking lot. Please note: Private areas (restroom/changing room) are not visible to cameras.
