Check out our industrial modern designed, 750 sq ft natural-light, flex rental space. We are located in an industrial complex building with first-floor entrance and private parking in NE Madison Heights. Our newly-renovated space features natural lighting, sealed concrete floors, acoustic slat-panel accent walls, and private restroom with dressing area. This beautifully designed, modern studio has natural light via three windows custom fitted with both black-out and light-filtering shades.
A modern designed lounge area sets the stage for comfortable client seating as well as podcasts, content creation and live streaming. This multi-purpose production space is an ideal location for portrait photography, headshots, fashion photography, product shoots and music videos. A versatile workspace makes setting up for your clients and sessions easy and professional.

The studio is NOT fully soundproof and therefore, although not typically disruptive, there may be machinery and/or vehicle sounds due to the adjacent industrial business. If you require sound control, please book after 4pm or on weekends.

ARRIVAL
Approximately 2 hours prior to your rental, you'll receive an access code via text for the keypad located on the dark blue entrance door. If you have any issue entering, please reach out to Cindy at 248-895-5345.DEPARTURE
Upon completing your rental time at the studio, kindly send us a text at 248-895-5345. This helps us prepare the space for the next rental session.We appreciate your effort to return all furniture and equipment back to its original position, ensuring a seamless transition for the next creative client. Your cooperation is invaluable in maintaining the studio's welcoming and organized atmosphere.

All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Rescheduling must be requested 24 hours prior to your rental time and will be based on studio availability.
Rescheduling the day of your session will not be allowed. You will still be charged for the full rental fee.
No refunds on unused time.
d14 Studio reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion. In the rare case that this happens, a full refund will be given.

The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although it is expected to leave the space in the same condition as it was found. Please respect the space and tidy up after your rental. Cleaning supplies are available in studio.
No tape, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used on the walls. Please note that any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file.

Note: Private areas (restroom/changing room) are not visible to cameras.
