Our Breath + Flow evening with Mia from Updog Yoga was the perfect mix of mellow movement, authentic camera moments, and good vibes all around. Guests flowed through a feel-good yoga session in The Alchemy, followed by a chill photo shoot to capture those post-savasana smiles. We closed out the night with sips of wine, light bites, and easy convo.
